On the first day of the school, all participants present had a chance of introducing themselves and getting to know one another.
They shared their experiences on how they prepared themselves for the school.
I addition, each team shared the challenges they underwent before arriving in Nairobi for the school. Some of the challenges include; how difficult it was to select those to participate
During introduction, each nation presented themselves in a unique way. For example; participnts from Uganda presented the different cultures found within their communities. On the other hand, Burundi surprised everyone with a new song that they had composed with a title of the school; Together for a new Africa.
