Together for a new Africa (T4NA) has been invited to share its experience during the next Webinar organized by Global Compact on Education on Peace and Citizenship on Monday 15 March 2021. T4NA will be one of four peace initiatives presented on the Webinar’s panel.
T4NA is an initiative by African students and graduates of Sophia University which empowers young African leaders in the spirit of Fraternity, involving hundreds of youth. It is promoted by the International Association New Humanity.
The Global Compact on Education is an international, intercultural and interreligious pact to encourage change on a global scale, so that education may become a creator of fraternity, peace, and justice. It was launched by Pope Francis in 2020. Find here a short video-presentation.
Other initiatives on the panel will be: Coordination of local peace bodies (Italy), Rondine Citadel of Peace (Italy), UISG – Daughters of Mary Auxiliator – Vides Project (Global).
